GBEvolve model fit me perfectly! I use Evolve for one of my STRs. I have been extremely happy. I secured my own housekeeping and maintenance, but the 10% Evolve charges takes the marketing/booking/finance for multiple sites off of my shoulders. Well worth it. I’ve had two insurance claims that were covered with no problem.

GBFamily Vacation Really had a great trip. The cabin was amazing. Communication with the host was excellent and simple. The location was great and a great yard for kids, enough room for everyone. Updates from booking to arrival was excellent.

GBEvolve does not permit owners to adjust… Evolve does not permit owners to adjust rates for specific dates. Other STR companies, such as Airbandb allow this. There is a significant national event occurring in our market that will bring in huge crowds. I am prevented from capitalizing on this potential revenue.

GBHouse was as advertised House was as advertised. It was missing a tv remote but the local contact was able to help us immediately. There are no currents on the ocean side of the house which is great for the view but in the afternoon it gets very hot in the living room kitchen area. We were there the end of March, I’d hate to see how warm it gets when the sun is hotter.

Only issue was the initial pricing model low balled our property and locked us into marginal guest contracts. As first time renters we expected their pricing to have a better understanding of our local market
