Evolve Vaction Platform for Owners My buddy and I own 3 vacation rentals in Topton NC we both used Evolve for 2 seasons before switching to Airbnb. Evolve has ZERO flexability. We have a very seasonal vacation spot they dont allow rates by month, minimum nights stay flexability you have to go thur there sorry custiomer service department to make ANY changes. They are so far out of touch with their customers wished. Airbnb and VRBO blow them away. I understand they are interesed in going public cant wait to short that stock. Dont waste your time when I switched to Airbnb I got more reservations in 14 days then they did all year. One of their employees salutation under her name was She/Her another reason to leave how WOKE

Communication Communication beforehand made our visit go off smoothly. I can’t fault Evolve for anything. The property was clean and well stocked. Just all around enjoyable. I gave a question regarding our hosts’ evaluation of my wife and I as guests. We earned 5 points for everything but “house rules.” Was that an omission or were we that poor in our performance? We’ve stayed a number of VRBO properties and earned 5 star ratings.

They are incompetent and they couldn’t care less I don’t know whether to be flattered or flabbergasted. Evolve set my rental at $10,820/night!!! (Should be maybe 125/night). When I called customer service, they said it was “just a placeholder” but no one removed the placeholder. And oh yes, they have no idea how long it will take to fix the error. And then the solution was to block my unit off as owner-booked, or to “resign the listing.” Unbelievable!!! Apparently, you either have to take their atrocious incompetence, or leave it. BEWARE!!!! Follow up: They have fixed the issue, although they have still not had a manager give us a call as we requested.

House was as advertised House was as advertised. It was missing a tv remote but the local contact was able to help us immediately. There are no currents on the ocean side of the house which is great for the view but in the afternoon it gets very hot in the living room kitchen area. We were there the end of March, I’d hate to see how warm it gets when the sun is hotter.

A Walk Back to Mid-Century Living Evolve promoted a beautiful ranch home for rent and we want to go back. It was immaculately clean and all necessities provided. The decor was enchanting with details and decor of the 50s, 60s, and early 70s. Evolve made it easy to pay, locate, and communicate with the owner.
