Stayed at Eagles Landing in the Fall… Stayed at Eagles Landing in the Fall 2019. It truly was a luxurious home. 5 bedroom. Hot tub , game room With pool table, fooseball,air hockey. Great house and dog friendly. What more do you want ? Maintenance man Mike was just a call away if any issues arose and was addressed immediately. Only small complaint was for such a large house there were numerous light bulbs out including outdoor grill area. We managed ok. P.s. kitchen trash compactor does not work.

Great property Great property, however, water to master shower was turned off, probably due to the bathroom being painted recently (there was sticky notes on the wall indicating "fresh paint"). Had to shower in down stairs bathroom. Took a while to get the TV working, later to find out there were parental controls. No instructions explaining this. However, the property itself was great with plenty of amenities, nice floor plan, comfortable bedding and furniture, great location and setting.

The wifi instructions were inaccurate The wifi instructions were inaccurate, so my group and I couldn't log into the wifi until a Buckingham representative got back to us. There wasn't even enough toilet paper to accommodate for 8 people for a 4 day trip. I slept on the top bunk bed and I found dog fur and other particles on my bed sheets, so I felt very uncomfortable sleeping. I wish they were thinner blankets that weren't micro-fleece material because I had a hard time sleeping at night being in a room with 3 other people because it was too room. We tried to turn on the ceiling fan, but when it was spinning, it almost felt like it was going to fall off from the ceiling. The kitchen cabinets could've been cleaned better. We found a few bugs in our room closet.

Stay Dec 29- Jan 5 The home was beautiful itself but the carpet in the master had dark stains on it probably from someone’s snow boots. The second bedroom on the same floor as the master smelled like urine. They are fixing these things for the next renter but that does not fix the week we were there. The cushions on sofa in the main living area are very worn and extremely uncomfortable to sit on. It’s a home made for entertaining not for lounging around and relaxing.

Friendly, responsive, and capable! The folks at Buckingham were friendly, responsive, and capable. Asks we had around the house were handled promptly (in one case, by their dedicated IT person—a luxury we've never had at other rental properties!) and courteously. Overall a speedy and pleasant experience. Looking forward to working with them again in the future!
