The best vacation ever This was the ideal vacation. The house is incredible, beautifully decorated. Immaculate and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Just walking in the front door is exciting when you see the view of the pool and the canal with boats through the back windows. The pool and lanai are so enjoyable because they are screened to keep out bugs and harmful sun rays. There are so many activities available. There are fishing rods, bicycles, kayaks, life jackets, golf clubs and more available in the garage. If there is bad weather, there is a pool table, video games and more in the house. It is near lots of great restaurants and shopping. The owners are always available to answer any questions. Just a lovely and amazing experience!

This place is LEGIT This place is LEGIT ! The pics don't do justice for how beautiful everything was starting with the incredible pool and water view out the entire back of the house ! We weren't sure about staying on the lanai during the day but the 2 giant high speed ceiling fans kept us nice and cool in between our pool visits . We really enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen which was under the roof in the lanai so it was out of the sun and enjoyable . Fun to float in the pool and keep cool while watching TV at night under the different color mood lighting

Royal Palms Perfection We spent a week with 2 other couples at this beautiful home! I cannot say enough about what wonderful hosts Tim and Lisa were! They have thought of every amenity, comfort, and desire people traveling need! Kayaks, bikes, fishing equipment, coolers, beach needs, and a sunset every night! We had a pontoon boat delivered right to the pier and spent the day fishing. Beach time was spent in JANUARY! The heated pool and lanai were some of our favorite days! They even decorated for our New Years celebration. Thanks for a wonderful trip and sharing your gorgeous home with us. Already rebooking!

We had a great relaxing stay! The house was beautiful, and stock with all the amenities you can imagine! The view of the canal was awesome, the pool and lounge area were perfect, we spent a lot of time out there! Neighborhood is nice for a walk or bike ride. Tim and Lisa were great hosts! I would definitely recommend this house!!

Everything you need but don't have to bring from home! The host provided everything you could possible need from home and everything to provide activities while there. They provided life jackets, kayaks, coolers, beach and camping chairs, beach wagon, shop vac, bikes and bike locks, etc.. In the kitchen they provided a complimentary bottle of wine, a coffee stocked bar, waffle maker, crockpot, griddle which are things you don't see often in rentals. The heated pool, pool chairs, lanais were all great. All the light switches, fans, remotes etc. were very well labeled making it easy to operate. Definitely a 5 star rental!
