Everything you need but don't have to bring from home! The host provided everything you could possible need from home and everything to provide activities while there. They provided life jackets, kayaks, coolers, beach and camping chairs, beach wagon, shop vac, bikes and bike locks, etc.. In the kitchen they provided a complimentary bottle of wine, a coffee stocked bar, waffle maker, crockpot, griddle which are things you don't see often in rentals. The heated pool, pool chairs, lanais were all great. All the light switches, fans, remotes etc. were very well labeled making it easy to operate. Definitely a 5 star rental!

Best Vacation Ever Our family of 4 (7yr old girl, 4yr old girl) had the most amazing family vacation staying at Royal Palms Monanaco was the absolute best! Even during the rain we made the best of the house. We swam every day and enjoyed the pool to the fullest. It was obviously the girls favorite part of the house. We also played arcade games, pool, and darts which was awesome for when it was a little rainy. Daddy’s favorite part of the house was the covered lani. The covered grill area was every dads dream. The huge tv outside was awesome too! We were able to swim and cook and watch tv, even during the rain. Which the kids also thought was amazing. My biggest surprise was charging chords in every room. It’s something you always forget and they have them for every device you’ll bring. We went fishing and kayaking too which Tim and Lisa have everything for you at the house. Plenty of bike and golf clubs if you’re into that too! This house is amazing and we will definitely be back in the future. 10 stars 🌟

outstanding experience Tim and Lisa are outstanding hosts with excellent communication and nothing being too much trouble. The home is incredible with everything thought of from cool cups to all the equipment you could want and need for amazing days out. The home itself is beautiful with an amazing lanai to watch the water and relax in the pool. A one of a kind find!

We will be back! We will be back! This is a great place to stay! Lisa and Tim were great hosts and we give them 5 stars all the way! My daughters and I kept our Florida summer vacation tradition and enjoyed every minute here. From the nice big pool, amazing view from the lanai, and clean fresh house, we could not have asked for a better stay! We enjoyed riding the bikes to Fisherman’s Village, exploring the shoreline, and kayaking in the canal right off the dock in our own backyard! You will definitely have all the amenities you need for a wonderful stay! This place could not have been better! Thank you Lisa and Tim!

This is by far the best vacation home I… This is by far the best vacation home I have ever stayed at. If you are going to Punta Gorda Florida there is only one place to stay. Home is beautiful. Also has a game room, bikes, kayaks, pool, beautiful lanai and all right on the canal. Too many pluses to mention without any negatives. Tim and Lisa are the greatest hosts ever. 5 stars do not do this home justice.
