OUTSTANDING customer service! We were so sad to have to move our trip to the Amalfi Coast to next summer 2021 because of COVID. However, the staff at Summer in Italy and in particular, Luca, were outstanding in all aspects of customer service. Luca answered all of our questions and was extremely helpful with travel plans...and then was super responsive and flexible when we ended up having to move the trip to next summer. The pandemic has been so hard for the hospitality industry and we appreciate Summer in Italy's flexibility! Wonderful staff:)

I have been in contact with Luca who has been beyond superb…a true shining star! I had originally reserved a rental in Positano but due to Covid had to cancel. Luca arranged for my credit voucher making my life so easy. Throughout the past several years we have communicated and he has always been helpful, encouraging and always provides prompt and detailed responses to my inquiries. They have helped us arrange everything from ground transportation to getting a fan for the un-air conditioned bedroom. All of my questions have been answered in less than a day (and i've asked quite a few). Their website is very helpful as well and I look forward to getting their newsletters to give me a little inside information on traveling in Italy. Exceptional service when searching for… Exceptional service when searching for and booking a villa in Italy, specifically provided by Luca who has been informative, clear and honest from the start. The AMALFI Coast with STEPS EVERYWHERE. The AMALFI Coast has eluded us for years. Finally, it was time! Luca at Summer in Italy, proved to be the most willing, patient human being, excelling in his individualized knowledge of what my husband and I were searching for. He never gave up on us, and despite our needs being unfortunately, impossible to fulfill - Yes, those hundreds of steps everywhere... we will remain 'pen pals' with no hesitation to approach this reputable company in our future trips to other parts of Italy.
