They have helped us arrange everything from ground transportation to getting a fan for the un-air conditioned bedroom. All of my questions have been answered in less than a day (and i've asked quite a few). Their website is very helpful as well and I look forward to getting their newsletters to give me a little inside information on traveling in Italy.
