I was disappointed that the couch bed was unusable when I said I would be needing it for medical help. Had to buy a blow up bed for my help. I paid a huge rent so I expected the bed to be available… I made it clear it was mandatory!

GBUWS retreat The apartment we rented on the UWS for two weeks had been recently renovated so everything was in near pristine condition and extremely tastefully and thoughtfully designed. It was an apartment that we could have easily resided in for months if so needed. With central air, washer/dryer, fully and expensively appointed kitchen and baths and with excellent WIFI and TV service, we feel immediately at home.

GBSeamless Move-in It was seamless to rent the apartment. The process from signing papers to actually moving in was done with such ease and was headache free. I loved that anything I needed was already in the apartment (which included a potato peeler).
