Perfect base for exploring NYC. Our studio apartment served as an excellent base for enjoying a month in NYC. The place was very clean and reasonably well equipped. We didn't come to New York to stock a pantry and cook, so basic appliances and cookware were fine. But the ability to make breakfast, happy hour apps and the occasional meal was great. Building staff was beyond friendly to being actually helpful. When we had a question, FQ responded promptly. We'll be back.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment in… We stayed in a one bedroom apartment in mid town Manhattan for a month in the fall off 2023. The apartment was clean, well appointed and had all the modern conveniences we could expect. Furnished Quarters even replaced the old (fraying) couch with a brand new onewithin a couple of days of our arrival - before we had even mentioned it. We were very happy with our accommodations and we'd certainly use Furnished Quarters again.

UWS retreat The apartment we rented on the UWS for two weeks had been recently renovated so everything was in near pristine condition and extremely tastefully and thoughtfully designed. It was an apartment that we could have easily resided in for months if so needed. With central air, washer/dryer, fully and expensively appointed kitchen and baths and with excellent WIFI and TV service, we feel immediately at home.

No value for money The appartement was dated, small and some basis stuff was broken. Windows couldn’t close, AC very noisy and washing machines very poor. Solutions by furnished quarters are nice tries but cheap attempts at a fix and in the end not near value for money. As a purchaser for company housing I would seriously question the price/quality and challenge the offerings.
