GBI absolutely liked the people I absolutely liked the people. My only issue was Julianne removing my discount for house 11000 because the deposit was received 2hrs later but the manager took my deposit for it and I ended up paying 2000 more. Other than that Geo and Amanda were awesome

GBAn Easy Booking Process The layout of the website and descriptions of each villa are very detailed, and being able to see photos of each home and the ChampionsGate community was a plus! The booking process was easy. Also, Jess had great customer service and was very helpful. My family and I are VERY excited about our upcoming stay, on next year. :)

GBUsed Top Villas for Windsor Hills 1004… Used Top Villas for Windsor Hills 1004 arrival 2/7/24 House is not as advertised. TV’s didn’t work among many other issues. Photos taken and sent to Top Villa’s. We paid additional for heated pool that was never heated. Requested refund for that cost never received. Buyer Beware

GBGreat resort, helpful staff, lovely house. The first encounter with Top Villas was with Molly Biggs, who assisted with planning our trip, she was a joy to work with. The house we stayed in was lovely ,grand kids enjoyed the pool. The water park was amazing! The staff at the resort were always accommodating! We really had a great time. Thank you
