GBPaddle Board Recieved my order and was missing the pump that was suppose to come with it. But I contacted customer service and they were kind and helpful! I've reverie my pump and my Peake board is up and ready to go now! Great experience!

GBBest pump I could imagine I've been using my Swonder SeaWolf pump to inflate my paddle boards as well as a dinghy for a few months now. It's so fantastic to just set the PSI and let it do its thing without having to plug it in. It's quick and easy, love that it charges from my phone charger, and I can take it with me on short hikes with my inflatable paddle board to get out to lakes I'd otherwise not paddle. Everything has worked perfectly so far.

GBExcellent Customer Service Purchased a paddle board from Woot.com in April 2022. Prior to purchase, I saw that several reviews noted that the fin included was incorrect, but Swonder had promptly replaced it with the correct fin. The board arrived and sat in the box in my garage through the hot Florida summer. Last weekend, I took it out to try it and remembered the fin issue, so that was the first thing I tested. Mine did not fit and was obviously not the correct one for the board. I emailed Swonder on a Sunday and received a same day reply from Mira. Mira took the time to identify the issue and find the solution. Once I provided photos, she quickly replied that the correct fin would be shipped. She provided tracking info, and also followed up via email once the fin arrived to ensure that it was correct and in good working order. GREAT customer service! Thanks Mira and Swonder for an excellent experience.
