GBPaddle Board Recieved my order and was missing the pump that was suppose to come with it. But I contacted customer service and they were kind and helpful! I've reverie my pump and my Peake board is up and ready to go now! Great experience!

GBSeam broken but replaced no hassle Board broke at the seam just before the warranty expired. They sent an entire kit replacement (board paddle and all), and informed me that the board has a two year instead of one year warranty. Quick service and was happy with the support

GBWe lost the cap to our Huntington 3 tow… We lost the cap to our Huntington 3 tow tube. I emailed the company on Sunday afternoon. A short time later I received an email from Harper. He told me they were out of stock but he found one on Amazon that would work and sent me a link. I was very impressed with the speedy response and with Harper locating one for me to order on Amazon.
