They don't even deserve 1 star They don't even deserve 1 star. Purchased a running and nutritional plan and I have yet to receive the nutrition plan (it's been over a week). I have emailed them and hope to receive a refund in full but I am not optimistic after reading every one else's reviews. ETA - I have been in contact with Joggo and they have cancelled my subscription and are refunding my money - paypal already sent notification that I have a refund from them. I also went into paypal and under my profile and "Automatic Payments" you can choose to stop allowing Joggo to use PayPal as a form of payment.

COMPLETE SCAM COMPLETE SCAM! I purchased the one year program yesterday and immediately had buyers remorse. I have been trying to connect with customer support and the link does not work. I get the plan (if you can call it that) and it is links to articles and tips but the actually workouts are locked and additional fees are required to access them. Not worth it and will do all I can to get refunded. I will NEVER use this program.

They charged $66 renewal fee without… They charged $66 renewal fee without our permission. They never sent a reminder email or sent a receipt so it was lucky I spotted it in the credit card. This is against most state laws as disclosures of renewal must be communicated.

Great program I really like the stretching recommendations beforehand, they are very helpful! I love the articles, helpful hints and tips on becoming a better runner. This has been working great for me. I enjoy the nutritional options as well. I have tried new recipes and myself and my family are really enjoying them.

Joggo is a SCAM! Joggo.run is running a scam! They make their money by taking yours and then not delivering and keeping the money. They don't make it clear that this is an app, that it's an app that works off of GPS and tracking your movement, and thus doesn't work when using a treadmill. The app is extremely faulty and consistently uses the wrong day which is problematic when the entire point of this app is the running schedule. They have a no return policy that you apparently agree to when purchasing but you can only find this information AFTER you have already given them money and are requesting a refund.
