Fantastic Armor Work! NS Defense built me a custom 13.7 pinned and welded upper that runs flawlessly! It’s always getting looks at the range and it’s my go to rifle. Fantastic armor work with a beautiful weld on my warcomp. Will definitely order from them again!

Best place to buy KAC The KAC taupe grip is a standard requirement on all my lowers now. NS Defense was the only place that had them in stock for a reasonable price. Shipping and communication was excellent. I will be giving NS Defense more business in the future. Very satisfied customer.

Wouldn’t recommend Took about 2 months to get my parts back. Terrible communication, I emailed them several times. They also didn’t finish the job! Which put me in a very bad situation. I have a 14.5” barrel, I ordered the pin/weld service and went to the range. I was showing my rifle off to my friend and RO and he said, that doesn’t look like it’s welded.. it wasn’t.. So I was shooting an SBR (unknowingly) which is a federal offense. I’ve emailed NS several more times for a refund and explanation - no response..

Great customer service and prompt shipping, even during the current craziness I called NSDefense to speak about my order after I placed it to inquire about its status based on the order summary. It turns out, the status was about to change because it cleared the fraud checks and I was informed it would mail that day. The gentleman I spoke with was a pleasure to talk to and reassured me everything was good with my order and not to worry further. Sure enough, 3 days later it was in my mailbox! Overall, a really great customer interaction on the phone, very prompt shipping while most companies make excuses about Covid19, riots, workers not coming into work, etc. and a very smooth and easy order process with good pricing on the products in question. NS Defense done right the first time! I was initially on the fence on what Armorers to use for my M110 Conversion and when I talked to Jacob over the phone he made it sound like it was just another day working on cool guns I was sold and I was right when I got it back it was perfect!
