GBPoor - do not recommend this company Poor customer service. I ordered a quarter sheet at Your Horse Live from Polypads (also trading under comfort zone equestrian) The item has not arrived in the 10 days promised and all calls, emails, texts, FB messenger messages have been ignored. It is a shame because I really like the look of the product ~(as seen at the show) but the company service is poor

GBBlack Friday purchase I love PolyPads products but didn’t really need another pad so buying one on Black Friday was win win! My new pad arrived really quickly despite there being postal strikes. As always the quality is brilliant and I love the colour combination.

GBI ordered this over a month ago and… I ordered this over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I spoke to someone on the phone and they were very rude and dismissive saying it was lost they had no idea where it was with yodel and couldn’t give me a refund or send out a replacement until it was returned. I need this for my horses bad back. The lady was very unhelpful offering no solution on how we can resolve this I am very upset and frustrated with this company.

GBTerrible communication I am not reviewing the product as still not received but placed an order over 2 weeks ago and despite numerous phone calls, emails I have heard nothing back which is very worrying given the costs involved. Happy to accept things maybe delayed but please please tell us.
