GBSnap cycle the only brand you need After owning 2 snap cycle ebikes I really believe the quality the way their built and the support behind them you can't get much more for your money. In saying that when I decided to get a ebike I new nothing but what I read. So I headed out to 5 different ebike shops and in a short amount of time figured out snapcycle was the company to buy from so if you are looking go ahead and compare specs on their bikes to others and you'll also see how I came to that conclusion. But the best part is owning these 2 ebikes that are fun to ride.

GBFast shipment Snapcycle shipped quickly and the bike was delivered in 4 days. Haven’t unpacked it yet but the packaging looks fine. Only issue I had was when I asked pre-purchase questions. I felt like I was getting “sales speak” rather than straight forward answers. Very insulting. I was however happy when I called after the purchase. Hopefully the bike will perform to acceptably.

GBSnapcycle Eagle is Plug n Play The Snapcycle Eagle worked great right out of the box. It took only a few minutes to assemble and the battery had enough charge for a quick test ride. The shifter, brakes, controller and motor all worked flawlessly. Later, after a full charging session, I took it out for a 20 mile bike trail trip, mostly in PA 0, 1 and 2, with the occasional throttle twist on small hills. It looks like the battery is down only 2 bars. I do wish the manual had more detail on programming the controller. Hopefully there is a video out there somewhere that explains the settings and how to tweak them.

GBLvery positive. The bike fit me very well, meaning that it was comfortable to ride, good ergonomics in other words. The 26 I want to thank Harvie for providing excellent tech support. Far away the best of the four ebike products I have.

GBCustomer Service?!?!? I found my bike for cheaper several days later. I called to get a price match. Initially I was told snapcycle would refund the difference. Several days later I noticed on my bank account that only half the difference had been applied. I then contacted snapcycle and was informed that because I had received a tool kit that I didn’t even want that I couldn’t have the whole difference in price ($100+). Needless to say, I am worried about what is to come in terms of honoring warranty items.
