Great design and very durable,Love the adjustable handlebars.I always look at the design of things I buy and the welds on the frame are top notch, you guys did it well. I made a mistake and ordered a long range bike for myself from another company that advertised they were from California and my bike was shipped from New Jersey never again, any future purchases will be from Snapcycle, thanks again for the quality, ''oh''did I mention the other companies bike cost me $400.00 more. Customer Service?!?!? I found my bike for cheaper several days later. I called to get a price match. Initially I was told snapcycle would refund the difference. Several days later I noticed on my bank account that only half the difference had been applied. I then contacted snapcycle and was informed that because I had received a tool kit that I didn’t even want that I couldn’t have the whole difference in price ($100+). Needless to say, I am worried about what is to come in terms of honoring warranty items.

They had the bike returned by Fed ex and my new one was in its way. The whole purchase process was a breeze! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase an e bike.
