Outstanding I've been with this dojo ever since I was around 11 years old. I am now 20. When I first joined, I was struggling with my self-worth and I was a victim of bullying for several years of my life. I not only wanted to learn how to defend myself, but to learn how to grow as a human being in mind, body, and soul. Soke, Shihan, and all my Senpais were able to show me the way and I could not thank them enough for how much they've done to change the negative aspects in my life. We're a family and you can become a part of it if you join the dojo :)

I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! I’ve been training here for almost six years now, and I can confidently say that this is the best martial arts studio I’ve ever been to. Shihan Stan Smith is an excellent teacher who has cultivated a dojo space where students learn life lessons like humility and discipline...not just empty hand and weapons katas. The other students have become like family to me, and I enjoy growing and pushing myself to improve! In addition, this is a fantastic dojo for Christian practitioners who want to learn from a godly source. I may have given it five stars, but I wish I could give more. I tried several dojos but this is a perfect fit I have tried several dojos and different styles of martial arts but was never fully satisfied until I found Traditional Karate and Aikido. Shehan has a vast knowledge of martial arts and experience that stretch several years. I have finally found my forever dojo, the instruction, the professionalism, and the atmosphere are top notch. I would encourage anyone that has not found the "right" dojo to come and visit, who knows maybe you'll make this your permanent dojo?
