Best Karate Studio! My four children have been students of this amazing studio over the last two decades. Working towards their black belts they have learned discipline, resilience, self defense and confidence. I feel blessed that we found Shihan Smith and Traditional Karate and Akido

Outstanding Experience & Training I started my journey with Shihan Stan Smith over 15 years ago. He is the absolute best Sensei I have ever trained with. He lives his training every day and works hard to perfect lessons and techniques. Both of my children (now grown) have ranked as black belts and Have very fond memories of their training. Shihan is an excellent with children, so if you care about your kids well-being and want to instill lessons and character traits that keep them safe and healthy look no further than this dojo. It’s awesome.

Testimony of a Longtime Aikido Student I am very happy with this dojo; I've been training there since 2005. Not only does this school teach a very accurate curriculum of martial arts, it also teaches values of respect, discipline, and confidence. Shihan Stan Smith is very passionate and enthusiastic towards the arts alongside teaching them. Over the years training with Shihan (and our late Soke), I've seen and felt the results in myself, not only in martial prowess but in my own character as well.

The average person who enrolls to… The average person who enrolls to practice something can last from 30 days to several years and the instructor makes the difference, just like at this dojo. I have trained martial arts for 13 years now and if it wasn't for the encouragement from Sensei Smith, I would probably had moved on to something else. The help and support from all the other students its a great help but the fact that what we practice is not just physical but it has helped mold our character to use in our daily life, make it the best place to be.
