GBThe web site sucks, everything else OK The products I ordered were properly sent and came on time, and the prices were reasonable. But the web site experience in ordering and tracking my order sucked, big time. I have emailed Jeff Summitt with details of the web site deficiencies. I hope they are taken seriously enough to do something about.

GBLong time to ship product. When I placed my order, it took several days before I received shipping notification. I did email the company when my order would be shipped but no reply. It wasn't until my 2nd email that I finally received a reply that it takes 3-5 business days to process the order. I guess I'm spoiled by other companies who ship out orders immediately. Two of their competitors, Value Golf & Monark ship out the same or next day. They have a great catalog but I will think twice before ordering from Hireko.

GBLove the clubs I get from Hireko Love the clubs I get from Hireko. Their wedges are just as good if not better than the more expensive brands out there. Great customer service and easy ordering process. Will defintely purchase from them in the future.

GBQuality service and product Service and delivery were fantastic. I've assembled the clubs (XV Pro 6 iron and XV Tour 8 Iron with Phantom shafts) and hit them a few times at the range. Both feel great when struck properly with nice flight trajectory (not too high). Will have to sharpen my game a little before putting them into play. Very nice looking 'players' clubheads. Once 'operator error' is corrected I plan on having a set of Pro's (5-7) and Tour's (8-G).
