Awful business model, great customer service Cannot give five stars because I was upset at first. I ordered a set of books from them, and unknowingly was signed up for a membership. That being said, once I realized this I called them. They refunded me for the months that I had been charged. They did not question me, they just refunded the money and it was a very easy experience.

Sneaky subscription policy Sneaky subscription policy. I ordered the books and that's all I wanted. Since then, my credit card has been charged twice for $43.45. I demanded a refund. However, after reading the previous reviews, I'm not expecting much success here. Probably have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT PURCHASE!! THE BOOKS ARE NOT THAT GOOD AND CERTAINLY NOT WORTH THE PROBLEMS!!!!

Warrior Made is for EVERYBODY !!!!!!! They are such givers !!!!! They just keep giving and giving and giving and giving, and asking extremely tiny payments for all that they are giving !!!!! I am going to trust them for my diet and exercise, because I really believe in them, after all the personal attention, to "little old me" :) I just don't know how they do it, maybe they are led by God... they have thousands of clients, and they want a million lives transformed. And the co-founders Coach Tylor, and Coach Elisa are acting like they know me personally !!!!!! From day one !!!! The first email that they sent me was an e-mail saying, jokingly, that I laughed about for about 2 or 3 days, and ended up telling another person, telling a very funny story, that a woman in an office was screaming to Coach Tyler, "Come quickly !!!!!!" And Coach Tyler tripped and fell on the floor, running to see what the matter was... and said, Do you see what happened? I fell !!!!! And when he got to the woman, he said, What is the matter? And the woman said Stephanie Hacker has decided to join us !!!!!!!" And when I realized they were talking about me, and knowing in my heart that they were doing this for a lot of people, it still brought me a lot of joy, because they went to this huge effort to make us laugh, and feel like we were special... :) And they have been checking up on ME, about two or three times in maybe one week, which I'm sure they're doing with everybody, but I am writing back to them as if they are talking directly to me, because they really are... And I really don't know how they are keeping up with everything, but they really have a lot of help, but I think the exercises and the diet have a lot to do with the energy and communication between all of them. Which is actually maybe a motivation for me. Because I am queen of all queens of procrastinators, and come from the most anti exercise family, and have every reason under the sun to not get started, with exercise, even the simplest ones of theirs... :( but the diet is something else entirely... I have been trying to better my diet, every day more and more, and help everybody in my life to get in better health, and I don't like to see anybody in pain. Who I love. It just kills me. It's actually what I do. I am a Lifesaver, and I give all the glory to God, for all the knowledge, that He has been giving me more and more. :):):):):):) And I will quit now, and say what I always say...:) All the best, or God bless, whichever you prefer...:) Stephie ... 😁

If I could give negative stars I would If I could give negative stars I would. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT MULTIPLE MONTHLY PAYMENTS OF 42.85 TAKEN OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT!. I had to close bank account and open new account to stop them from withdrawing a couple of times per week. Please listen to the negative reviews and stay far away from this terrible company; should be ashamed of your unethical scheming company. SHAME ON YOU!

BAD BUNCH OF PEOPLE They are not a good bunch of people specially Kayson!!! They cannot be trusted at all!!! They out to rob you by all that shows up on your bank statement is a merchant account number!!! I Don’t believe anything they say!!! Trying to get a hold of these people is nonexistent it’s like they really don’t care in helping people!!! All they are into is collecting the money and that is all it is they are interest in or they would have there telephone number on bank statement so people can get a hold of them!!!
