When I complained I got a response within minutes (assuming automated) that refunded my money. This seems like a good work around for them to continue to be able to have their customers check out with paypal without being caught. I didn't even have a chance for paypal to look at my dispute because of warrior made reacted to my email so quickly. I know this seems like a positive but it just makes me see even more how this company is a scam. Do not trust this company with your personal information.

Refund received on same day as requested I joined this regime many months ago. I paid $9. Unfortunately due to Covid I was made redundant and so have asked for a refund as I haven't used their services at all. The same day they have issued me with a refund. I said I'd give a positive review if they issued my refund so that's what I am doing.

Absolute scam Absolute scam. All I wanted was the once off download program. Hidden reoccurring fees which they won't refund. They send me 6 emails a day about bloody keto. Massive mistake trusting this company.

Hidden Subscription Costs - do not purchase books Ongoing Subscription of USD $39.95 pm not clearly disclosed, do not purchase, silently invoicing $39.95pm following purchase of some books. Refund and Cessation requested, let's see if they have any honor or if they subscribe to dirty tricks and hidden conditions. Searched all emails, NO mention of ONGOING subscription or RECURRING MONTHLY Fees, only visible in Terms and Conditions - this is deception and not in good faith at all.

Horrible customer service Videos are not great, customer service is horrible! I wrote 3 times for a refund and got no real response aside from an auto responder that Said they’re Too busy to respond to all the emails.
