GBWodPrep 1-1 Coaching WodPrep 1-1 Coaching- I've been working with Coach Lando for the past year. Due to his coaching and encouragement I qualified for 2024 Quarterfinals this year. I highly recommend 1-1 coaching if you are serious about competing. In January I attended WodPrep training camp and got to meet the WodPrep coaches in person. That was a great experience. Each coach gave me different tips that I use in my daily training.

GBWODPrep Course I completed the Endless Engine Course on Wodprep and it really helped me reach my goal of improving my cardio. The pace of the course wasn’t too easy or aggressive, helping me build confidence over the 8 weeks. I will likely do it again soon if I need a boost in a few months. The course was easy to navigate in the app. The customer service person was pretty helpful too. 5 stars!

GBThe best skills courses and programming First purchased WodPrep's Double Under course in 2019, which led me to get several more gymnastics courses, then began their daily programming in 2021 and have followed it since. I've gone from beginner CrossFitter in 2019 to now a semifinals qualifier in the 40-44 age group with WodPrep. I definitely recommend WodPrep if you want to get better at CrossFit, either recreationally or competitively!

GBWodPrep will make you a better CrossFitter! I first started using WodPrep's content in 2019 via some of the online courses, including ring muscle-ups, handstand pushups and Endless Engine. Each course helped me either improve a skill or expand my workout capacity. Then, in early 2023, I decided to try WodPrep's 1:1 coaching to help me achieve 90th percentile in my age group (55+) in the 2023 CrossFit Open. Since then, by working with my 1:1 WodPrep coach (Kaley), I qualified for the CrossFit Age Group QuarterFinals in both the 2023 and 2024 Opens, and finished 217th in the 2024 QuarterFinals. I've also hit PR's on both my clean and my snatch, started stringing together multiple reps of bar and ring muscle-ups, and significantly improved my capacity and pacing in Metcons. Kaley writes workouts tailored for my age, my location (if traveling), my ability level and even how my body is feeling relative to aches, pains or injuries. She is timely, patient and responsive and she pushes me to grow in my fitness journey. Her coaching and WodPrep's methodology have even made me a better coach at my home CrossFit gym. I recommend WodPrep's online courses, programming and 1:1 coaching to anyone who loves the sport of CrossFit and wants to continually get better!!
