GBI placed an order and haven’t received… UPDATE: The day after posting a review they reached out to me. Item was lost in mail so they have refunded my money. I placed an order and haven’t received the item nor any updates on where it is. I have emailed them multiple times and even tried calling with no answer! So bummed. Was looking forward to an ice bath experience! ☹️

AULack of communication regarding order placed an order however after some time had passed, I sent an email enquiring about the status of my order, as I had not received any follow-up emails regarding shipping. To date, I have sent several emails asking about my order however I have received NO response from anyone from this company.

GBExpensive Brand - Poor Quality Purchased the product in Dec 2023. 4 months later the "insulating hood" (this is a flimsy bit of elastic plastic, miss sold as an innovative design, which on the website looks solid but is anything but) has ripped due to the poor design (other brands provide an inflatable ring in-between the water and hood so if it rains the weight doesnt pull on the hood) Due to the flimsy material used the hood has ripped in multiple places. Further to this the weight of water pulls down the inflatable external ring, due to this design flaw the poor quality plastic used on the external inflatable ring easily gets holes (hence they provide multiple patches, which don't work). If the hole is in the join then you cannot patch it. In summary, an expensive item left down buy poor quality design and parts. Would not recommend NordicWay.

GBVery good quality Very good quality, perfect sizes for an adult of one meter eighty with a weight above average. When buying, I thought the quality might not be there, but it surprised me; very high-quality material.
