Never received my product. Placed an order, waited almost 3 weeks with no response. I decided to email them to ask what's going on and they cancelled my order and issued a refund. Very bad business who clearly are drop shipping and don't actually hold any stock. Unreliable. Do not trust these people with your money. I thought I'd just lost $150 until they refunded me

Still haven't received my item I purchased an ice bath, waited and waited for it to arrive. Advised me there was a misunderstanding and have upgraded the ice bath, which I am still yet to receive. Customer Service is lacking. Think I may have lost my $$$. Very disappointed. I just want my ice bath.

Extremely happy with quality! Extremely happy with the quality of my Nordic white ice bath, I’ve been using other bars for about seven years and tried different styles. However this ice bath including the lid. Keeps the water freshen cold. In the last few months we’ve had between 35 and 40°C days and the ice bath still stays cold, I’m able to quickly disassemble it and carry it with me. When I go on my travels. It’s easy and quick to fill up. The size is perfect

Expensive Brand - Poor Quality Purchased the product in Dec 2023. 4 months later the "insulating hood" (this is a flimsy bit of elastic plastic, miss sold as an innovative design, which on the website looks solid but is anything but) has ripped due to the poor design (other brands provide an inflatable ring in-between the water and hood so if it rains the weight doesnt pull on the hood) Due to the flimsy material used the hood has ripped in multiple places. Further to this the weight of water pulls down the inflatable external ring, due to this design flaw the poor quality plastic used on the external inflatable ring easily gets holes (hence they provide multiple patches, which don't work). If the hole is in the join then you cannot patch it. In summary, an expensive item left down buy poor quality design and parts. Would not recommend NordicWay.
