GBI spent months looking at power racks… I spent months looking at power racks to buy and finally landed on the Titan X3. I was honestly a bit hesitant of ordering from Titan after researching them but Im glad I did. The rack came very quickly, was in very good condition and is a great rack for a home gym. I added the lat tower attachment and the movement on the pulleys and guide rails is smooth. Some people have had bad experiences with Titan but I have nothing but good to say about them.

GBHorrible Experience and Poor Customer Service I made an order on a like a Saturday night. I changed my mind and canceled the order on their website within 30 minutes from when I ordered it. I went through trying to contact them and there was a prompt for me to cancel. It asked me why and I told them. Then I find out like on Monday or Tuesday that they shipped the item out. After speaking to customer service, they said to have the order sent back to them so I declined the shipment and it went back. Then they charged me a restocking fee. I understand that is their return policy and it states that there is a restocking fee if returned. My issue is that I canceled the item and had proof that their system had received my cancel request, which was only 30 minutes after I ordered it. So it's not my fault that they decided to ship my order. I will never order from Titan Fitness again and their customer service was terrible!!! I was a repeat customer as I have bought their lat pulldown equipment from them in the past. Never again!

GBI had a fantastic experience I had a fantastic experience after I noticed that my recent purchase (the Functional Trainer) was being advertised at $200 discount. I was connected to the representative Jude and just asked if I can get credit for future purchases from the store. Instead I had $200 refunded in 2 days. This is my 4th time buying equipment from Titan. The quality of the equipment and the service is always perfect. By the way, the video instructions for putting together the Functional Trainer are excellent.

GBArrived damaged and customer support is terrible Would review the equipment, if they would replace the damaged parts they sent. I have been in a terrible daily correspondence with many of the foreign customer support employees who will not help me. I had two parts arrive unusable, I emailed right away. They first asked me "Can you fix it" to which I replied no even though it was an absurd and mildly unsafe request. They told me one of the parts was out of stock, which is a bold faced lie. I am able to go on their website and purchase another which would arrive two days later, still very much in stock. They are refusing to help, anyone on the phone just says "we are still working on it" as they ignore all requests for help. The part arrived damaged, the machine is unusable, and they have been wildly unhelpful. This is the single worst customer support experience I have ever had. The need was not that difficult, replace two parts that are badly damaged. Go to any company other than titan, especially anyone who will actually help if the equipment arrives unusable.
