Positive Experiences with Titan Have always had a good experience dealing with Titan. Great products they stand behind paired with very competitive pricing. I noticed I had purchased with them in a few years. So I was glad to see their customer service remains top notch after this time.

Excellence by Titan Fitness (Black Friday) I love titan fitness I recently went all in for black Friday and I am 100% fully satisfied beyond expectations. All items were in excellent condition. I was worried about one last minute change but I was helped by Jo and Sunshine who did wonderful work to make sure everything arrived perfectly. I eould like to thank everyone at Titan for their dedication and hard work. From every single pair of hands from their creation to my doorstep I can't thank each of you enough. I spent months looking at power racks… I spent months looking at power racks to buy and finally landed on the Titan X3. I was honestly a bit hesitant of ordering from Titan after researching them but Im glad I did. The rack came very quickly, was in very good condition and is a great rack for a home gym. I added the lat tower attachment and the movement on the pulleys and guide rails is smooth. Some people have had bad experiences with Titan but I have nothing but good to say about them.

Titan doesn’t receive enough credit for their products I always check Titan for their products before looking at any other fitness product company because of the quality and price of their products. I don’t believe Titan receives enough credit for their racks, plate loaded cable equipment, bars and cable attachments. These are all products I have purchased, use regularly and recommend. If you’re looking at purchasing fitness equipment I would personally suggest to give Titan a shot. More than likely you’ll enjoy their product and come back to purchase more from them.

Excellent Support I reached out via email reply regarding receiving an incorrect item on my order. I received a prompt reply and after verifying my order, the proper item was shipped out and I was allowed to keep the incorrect item. In all, the experience was excellent. It would be even if I had to ship the wrong item back.
