Multi grip cambered bar order My first experience with Titan wasn’t the best, but I appreciate that they took the time to read my review and call me back. We’ve got things squared away and I was able to order the multi grip cambered bar. I expect to receive the bar in a couple of weeks, so hopefully I can update this once the bar has arrived.

Titan Fitness has outstanding customer service Titan Fitness has outstanding customer service and good exercise equipment at reasonable prices. I have bought many items from Titan Fitness. There is rarely a problem, but when there is, Titan Fitness does an outstanding job at making it right very quickly.

Horrible Experience and Poor Customer Service I made an order on a like a Saturday night. I changed my mind and canceled the order on their website within 30 minutes from when I ordered it. I went through trying to contact them and there was a prompt for me to cancel. It asked me why and I told them. Then I find out like on Monday or Tuesday that they shipped the item out. After speaking to customer service, they said to have the order sent back to them so I declined the shipment and it went back. Then they charged me a restocking fee. I understand that is their return policy and it states that there is a restocking fee if returned. My issue is that I canceled the item and had proof that their system had received my cancel request, which was only 30 minutes after I ordered it. So it's not my fault that they decided to ship my order. I will never order from Titan Fitness again and their customer service was terrible!!! I was a repeat customer as I have bought their lat pulldown equipment from them in the past. Never again!

Titan sandbags & slamballs I purchased the 150, 100, 90, 80 pound slamballs from titan fitness last year. They are of the highest quality & I use them at least 3 days a week. Indoors as well as outdoors. This month, I purchased my first 100lb sandbag from titan fitness. It has exceeded my quality expectations & I enthusiastically use it daily. My goal is to purchase the rest ASAP!! These products are the best!!

Positive Experiences with Titan Have always had a good experience dealing with Titan. Great products they stand behind paired with very competitive pricing. I noticed I had purchased with them in a few years. So I was glad to see their customer service remains top notch after this time.
