My son, who is shy and at times introverted has learned to be confident and brave in his new journey of MMA. If your child is looking for a place to learn self defense and to build their confidence, this is the place for you!

Super friendly from walking through the… Super friendly from walking through the door. All the staff and instructors are very technical and take the time to break it down to support the learning of their students.

First time customer and new to Martial Arts I walked in and was promptly greeted by Rich and Leah, they answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Rich took us inside the boxing ring and started to demonstrate some basic boxing and Muay Thai stances, kicks and punch combinations. There were no sales tactics, it was all straight talk, very professional and informative. I signed up on the spot and now to learn something new.

Reason I chose to enroll with No Joke I know, like, and trust the owner Rich Whitenack. I have known him & had experience with him over the years. Rich is trustworthy and straight forward. He is not running a McDojo. He runs a serious martial arts school for good citizens and their kids to train and learn at. The other reason I chose No Joke is that it is conveniently located to my Home and Business which makes it possible for me to get my Son there 3 times a week. This review is my opinion, but it is accurate and truthful.

Starting at the ground floor I have zero experience and was fully welcomed into the program. Great people and community atmosphere. I wish I would have pulled the trigger on this years ago. I left something there that first class. Something I needed to leave and I just feel different. You immediately know you are beginning a journey. No regrets at No Joke.
