I gave it four stars because I come… I gave it four stars because I come from an old skool boxing.Where boxing was only thought and in not use d to holding pads for anyone. Other then my opinion everything else is great the classes are motivating and challenging.

A great place to learn MMA We love No Joke ... my children have learned a lot in the programs - from martial arts class, to jiu jitsu and even boxing. We've been at No Joke for 8 years and absolutely love the program, as well as the teachers.
