Highly Recommend!! Everyone we've encountered here is welcoming and encouraging. I would highly recommend this MMA gym. The classes we're in are so high energy and supportive no matter what your level. The instructors and other students make you feel welcome and help you every step of the way. Great place to push your limits and find out how strong you really are.

No Joke is No Joke! Was looking for some private boxing sessions, and after my hour working with Trevor, I felt great! I learned alot. I was impressed with how friendly the staff here at No Joke is. I felt comfortable right away during my first session. I will definitely be coming back for more sessions! I was also very happy with all of the different classes No Joke offers such as boxing, fight fitness, the list goes on. Definitely money well spent here.

My son, who is shy and at times introverted has learned to be confident and brave in his new journey of MMA. If your child is looking for a place to learn self defense and to build their confidence, this is the place for you!

I gave it four stars because I come… I gave it four stars because I come from an old skool boxing.Where boxing was only thought and in not use d to holding pads for anyone. Other then my opinion everything else is great the classes are motivating and challenging.

An intelligent and interesting place. Everyone I have met here are people I would want as neighbors. Great staff, superb instruction, progress at your own pace, intelligent and interesting environment to learn and grow. Kid and family friendly. Learn from people who have applied this in the ring and in real world situations. Thanks No Joke.
