Super easy to set up and get the first workout in! The app is amazing and some of the new features ("eccentric mode") are incredible. Taking my fitness to the next level for sure.

In my old place, I had this rival digital weight system that had to be bolted onto the walls. Sure, it was cool, but it came with a catch. With Arena, I get it all without the hassle of bolting anything to my wall or dealing with subscriptions, and the freedom to move it around without it needing to be plugged into the wall!

Working out has never been easier As a novice to strength training, I love that Arena is simple to use and set up. I am able to quickly jump right into my workouts with ease and due to the portability of the Arena, I have the ability to workout from any room in my house. The guided workouts allow me to focus on learning new exercises and develop correct form. I like that the app tracks my workouts and allows me to see my progress. My Arena arrived quickly and the company was extremely responsive when I had questions about how to properly use the waist belt attachment. Since implementing the Arena into my workout routine, I have noticed an improvement in my abilities in the sports I enjoy, such as snowboarding, mountain biking, and running.

I love the Arena I love the Arena. Everything about it is intuitive and easy to use. I like that it can be easily stowed away when not in use (helpful for a brooklyn apartment). As someone that typically does compound lifts, I've been pleasantly surprised with how much I can accomplish on the Arena. Also the ability to do negatives with different weights has been a game changer for me.
