The arena is a great piece of training… The arena is a great piece of training equipment. I took advantage of the monthly membership and it’s been the best experience with any training equipment I’ve ever owned. It’s very versatile, easy to use and the app is great also. Wish I could’ve kept mine but I’m going into the United States Coast Guard so I needed to cancel my membership. Steve helped me so much with the cancellation of my lease and getting the arena back to them. All in all it’s a great product with the best customer service!

Working out has never been easier As a novice to strength training, I love that Arena is simple to use and set up. I am able to quickly jump right into my workouts with ease and due to the portability of the Arena, I have the ability to workout from any room in my house. The guided workouts allow me to focus on learning new exercises and develop correct form. I like that the app tracks my workouts and allows me to see my progress. My Arena arrived quickly and the company was extremely responsive when I had questions about how to properly use the waist belt attachment. Since implementing the Arena into my workout routine, I have noticed an improvement in my abilities in the sports I enjoy, such as snowboarding, mountain biking, and running.

Never going back to a gym. I have a busy schedule as a physician in downtown Philadelphia. The ARENA unit not only provides an intense workout at home every day but saves me valuable time that I would have spent commuting to/from a gym and waiting on equipment. The focus on interval training, core strengthening, and flexibility has already improved my athletic performance significantly. I have added 20+ yards to my club distances on the golf course and now frequently get comments from other players about my long bomb drives and swing speed. The team at ARENA is extremely friendly and supportive - I was provided with a personal concierge and all of my questions have been answered quickly. I could not be happier that I cancelled my gym membership and joined ARENA. I would recommend the program to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and strength as efficiently as possible.
