Easy, convenient, productive work outs Being new to strength training, Arena has been great to make it easy to get started. The guided workouts and helpful analytics help to keep me motivated. It also takes away all of my excuses by making workouts fast, productive, fun, and interesting. I love that I can take it out, use it, and then put it away to not have to give up space permanently. I'm looking forward to the company continuing to release training series as I continue on my fitness goals. I have started and tried many different strength programs with different weights, bands, and equipment, but Arena is the first one I'd ever recommend (and likely the first one I'll stick with long term).

Never going back to a gym. I have a busy schedule as a physician in downtown Philadelphia. The ARENA unit not only provides an intense workout at home every day but saves me valuable time that I would have spent commuting to/from a gym and waiting on equipment. The focus on interval training, core strengthening, and flexibility has already improved my athletic performance significantly. I have added 20+ yards to my club distances on the golf course and now frequently get comments from other players about my long bomb drives and swing speed. The team at ARENA is extremely friendly and supportive - I was provided with a personal concierge and all of my questions have been answered quickly. I could not be happier that I cancelled my gym membership and joined ARENA. I would recommend the program to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and strength as efficiently as possible.

Arena is my perfect workout Arena is my perfect workout! It gives me a structured training plan towards my needs for muscle development. I prefer the Arena training programs, as weight is adjusted to get to my goals and don’t have to think about which exercise to do for reaching the goals. My partner does freestyle mode, as he has his own training plan. Big plus: arena is a piece of design and an eye catcher in our home!
