GBDefinitely the #1 rower —- great quality and quite motivating workouts I did extensive research on rowers and I stumbled across Hydrow rowers. All the reviews I looked at rated Hydrow as a top rower. I read many reviews and found favorable comments. I don’t review many products but love my Hydrow rower. The President Day sale clinched the deal. I use my rower at least 4 days a week. It’s been a great purchase with zero regrets.

GBBuying experience was as advertised Buying experience was as advertised. Arrived timely and assembly was easy. One part of the rower is a little heavy and required 2 people, but other than that, I put it together myself. No personal tools required.

GBScreams luxury, but the service should be better The machine itself says luxury, but at this price point, there are better machines out there with better with better customer service. The warranty just exists for them to say there’s a warranty. The coverage term is short, and once it’s out of warranty, be prepared for couple hundred dollars for repairs.

GBThe Good, The Bad, and The Ugly! As a brand new customer to Hydrow I had an issue which I presented to the support team. Not only did I receive Zero support the supervisor wouldn't even speak with me. I was told that there was NO exception to their policy. I called back and spoke to Karla in sales and she resolved my issue. It would appear that, Manuela and her supervisor Marcus, are not suited to represent Hydow in customer support as they clearly have NO concept of their position. Karla deserves a raise and promotion and Hydrow is lucky to have her on the team!!!
