I couldn’t ask for a more qualified representative to help me find the G9S double stacked multi station machine my president of my company was searching for. Thanks to Mr Israel Colon’ for his fantastic help answering all of my questions and concerns. I respect the patience this man had with me bothering him for 3 straight days with non stop questions. I was looking to replace a treadmill… I was looking to replace a treadmill and inquired advice from different sources to learn as much as possible and which piece of equipment was best for my needs. I called Fitness Equipment Broker on a Saturday evening and Israel answered the phone. He was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable He spoke about and recommended the Spirit CRS800S recumbent stepper for my needs. I was not familiar with this equipment and did some online research and only learned that everything Israel had told me was true. I purchase the stepper and it was delivered in 2 weeks via ABF Freight lines. I assembled it myself and was not that difficult. I must say this might be my best online experience I’ve ever had, price, service, advice and follow through could not be better.

Spirit 800 Review Israel understood our reasons for the type of exercise equipment we were reviewing. FEB kept us updated with the status of delivery. Delivery was on time and arrived in good shape. Our only disappointment is some of the fasteners were replaced with different style than stated in the manual.

A very responsive company A very responsive company. When I complained about another online offer which was $100 less, Israel(sp?) indicated that the online offer was for a used/rebuilt machine but that he would send an equipment mat for free. The offer was much appreciated.
