Just like anything, using keyword searches is only a guestimation...but over time, a company that is expanding rapidly can help dial in those keyword searches. I have hired a few people from this company, and although we end up reaching a few people who are not a good fit, through the sheer volume of searches, we are able to shave off so much time in hiring people. I don't advise to use this agency I don't advise to use this agency. Find your sales reps by yourself or even using other online job boards such as Monster, craigslist, Dice, and others. They just find too many people randomly and direct them to you via emails or phone calls. And most of them either are not match, not interested, or they ask for higher salary which the best doctor in the states cannot have.

Great hiring experience. Will order again. I'll be honest, I really did have my doubts about this service. I had no idea how this would turn out and had never tried anything remotely close to this. I saw what the potential number of commission-only sales agents I could sign on, which was maybe 1-2. I was okay with that, but I didn't expect to sign on 8 so far and I still have more than 10 others to potentially sign on and 20 more people to call back. It has been a really great experience and I will definitely be ordering again MULTIPLE times to build up my sales team.
