I started a 50K plan a couple of weeks… Initially, I had an issue setting up my account, needed to send an email but all good now. I'm now several weeks into my tailored training plan with personal coach and really seeing the benefits.

Very useful and fun, approved! I tried for a month the Francesco Puppi's "light speed for trail runners" program and I can't say it wasn't fun! Moi (the coach from Vert) followed me constantly to have some feedbacks from the trainings, changing them if necessary. If you have a goal to reach in a smart and funny way, I think Vert is the right choice!

Ran my first ultra with Vert I followed the Hillary Allen 'Run your next 50k and finish strong plan' with Vert Run, and was able to run my first 50k and finish strong! The plan was good for providing accountability and motivation, as well as pushing me towards workouts I normally find excuses not to do like S&C and hill repeats. The flexibility and adjustments with the coach are great: I was able to change the plan a few times while in the middle of it. Overall I am very happy with Vert and will be using it for my next race

I love the vert.run concept I love the vert.run concept, striking the balance between off-the-shelf training plans and hiring a trail running coach, and making trail running coaching more accessible. The team is responsive, and provide useful and helpfully feedback - and the response time is excellent. It can be tricky finding the right programme but the vert.run team are good in helping choose which one works for you. An online coach can provide an accountability partner who helps to keep you on track with training. I found the addition of strength and mobility videos perhaps one of the most useful elements - the parts of training we tend to ignore. I enjoyed the base training programme so much I did it twice, increasing my weekly distance by 200% and doing so without injury or over training. The additional strength and mobility workouts helped to improve on weakness and significantly improved my running on technical trails. The team was great in tweaking the programme to accommodate my life. Well done vert.run team!!

Vert.Run is the real deal! Vert.Run is the real deal. For someone who is just beginning their ultra journey, or someone like me who has several ultras under their belt and just wants a little more structure and variety. The coaches and the feedback were on point and the communication throughout the process was consistent. I used the training block for the Bandera 100K and I set a 1.5hr 100K PR on a very technical course... the stats speak for the validity of this platform!
