GBVert.run is like no other training… Vert.run is like no other training platform I have used before. Being able to interact with a world class athlete as your own coach is inspirational. For a small price you can have your own training program specially adapted to your own needs, taking the guess work out of when and how to train for a specific event. The App itself is easy to navigate and is under constant improvement, such as the new run tracker. It has it’s own community of runners who are very welcoming and offer plenty of encouragement in the community. There are many top class athletes developing training programs for vert, so if you are a trail runner of any experience and would like to gain some insight and some improved fitness for a small cost, then Vert is definitely worth a try! 👍🏼
