Very good customer service. I spoke with the owner directly at HQ. He helped me with the sizing of a surf hood. He let me try on several sizes to insure I got the proper fit.

Buying experience very problematic Buying experience very problematic sale price would not show up. if I was in a hurry, might have ended up paying too much. After multiple tries, I had to write to customer services. Their response acted like it was my fault. There were garbage fees that weren't disclosed until the checkout process. Product quality is good, which is the reason that the score isn't 1 or 2 stars

Surfing year-round in New England is straight up COLD and unforgiving. The parka immediately made pre and post surfs much more tolerable. I've been using my parka for 3+ years and it is still in great condition.
