After multiple tries, I had to write to customer services. Their response acted like it was my fault. There were garbage fees that weren't disclosed until the checkout process. Product quality is good, which is the reason that the score isn't 1 or 2 stars

The Malo'o Winter Parka is Gold! can say with confidence that the… I can say with confidence that the Malo'o winter parka is the best surf/cold weather item I've ever purchased. Surfing year-round in New England is straight up COLD and unforgiving. The parka immediately made pre and post surfs much more tolerable. I've been using my parka for 3+ years and it is still in great condition.

Very good customer service. I spoke with the owner directly at HQ. He helped me with the sizing of a surf hood. He let me try on several sizes to insure I got the proper fit.
