Poor customer service Bought WTX+ two years ago but battery is already failing and I want to know if it can be replaced. Asked the question via the on-line help desk 4 weeks go. I am still awaiting a response despite a second reminder to them.

Golftech just closed my simulator and tells me to log in to theirs website. Which looks like an internet store. I don't have a login and the simulator id doesn't work.When I ask how to log in and why they closed my simulator, they stop answering. Totally frustrated that a company can treat their customers this way.
