SEService Case Your ticket ID is: #LC00122124 Your ticket ID is: #LC00122124. This service case started on August 4th and I still can't play on my Skytrack simulator. Golftech just closed my simulator and tells me to log in to theirs website. Which looks like an internet store. I don't have a login and the simulator id doesn't work.When I ask how to log in and why they closed my simulator, they stop answering. Totally frustrated that a company can treat their customers this way.

GBEasy to Select The Right Product There is a full offering of devices for gps support of my golf game but as already knew what I wanted, finding, ordering and receiving delivery was a piece of cake. Shipping was quick with my receipt of the device in a couple of days. The VC300 was intact, and after a couple of hours of charging was ready to use. My only complaints are the documentation is way to small for anyone except with birds' eye vision. The online PDF is just as bad. There is a third-party manual online that is passably better regarding the size of the type and the graphics were also easier to understand.

Order at your peril.
