Larry, our salesman, was awesome and my Bunkhouse Rustic Lodge XL Dog House was sent in a very timely manner and the quality of the house was also excellent. There were no surprises other than me being absolutely happy with zero complaints regarding my puppy's new outside shelter. Purchase date was 9/22/2020.

Scam BEWARE! Actually, MINUS STARS but that’s not an option here. Fraudulent company. I ordered a fishing knot tying kit from another company name but the charge was from Safe Pet. In addition, they added a charge of 39.00 at the end of the transaction with no way to enter to correct this. Their customer service number is not in order. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. BEware!

Scam Scam. My well meaning spouse ordered a seatbelt from this company and they charged her card $40. Now I'm reading this is going to happen every month? I'm putting a block on her account right now, and contacting the better business bureau. I read their terms of service after the fact, but this doesn't apply to retail so I look forward to taking them down

Absolutely incompetent! I understand why this company’s overall rating is so low. They are incompetent at filling an order based on the specifications I entered. I ordered dog boots for a 40 lb dog. They sent dog boots that would probably fit a toy poodle. When I contacted them, they said we do not refund or exchange! What??? Wait! This was their error. They agreed to send another pair. Hoping for the appropriate size, I was disappointed to receive another pair of dog boots slightly larger than the first pair they sent. What is the matter with these people??!! Do not order from this company!!!!
