Scam BEWARE! Actually, MINUS STARS but that’s not an option here. Fraudulent company. I ordered a fishing knot tying kit from another company name but the charge was from Safe Pet. In addition, they added a charge of 39.00 at the end of the transaction with no way to enter to correct this. Their customer service number is not in order. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. BEware!

Bogus Charges My wife orders pet supplies online often and usually goes through reputable websites. When looking for car restraints she found what she wanted on Safe Pet. They billed us 39.95 on December 6 which slipped past me and then billed us again today for the same amount. I emailed my financial institution as the latest charge is pending and maybe we can block it. The funny thing was a little over a week ago we received a package packed with some real crappy pet products that we never ordered and when we went to send it back it did not have a valid return address in it. We cancelled my wife’s card and will probably take this to law enforcement.

They over charged me on the seatbelts then agreed to a full refund then told me it would cost me more to send it back after our agreement, and I had canceled my order before it shipped because they would not correct their mistake on the over charge so I am still fighting to get my money back these people are a scam. I have turned them over to the Better Business Bureau I would never recommend them to anyone and there products come from China and they dont tell you that till after you have paid

Wish I could give no stars Wish I could give no stars. I ordered a dog car seatbelt and it came with other goodies, at this point everything is fine. Until they started charging my card for things I did not buy and send me realy cheap quality pet items. I never agreed to a subscription and I couldn't find an unsuscribe link or anything, so I've had to dispute the transaction and get a new card. Very sketchy and dishonest, seems like they try to trap customers into subscriptions without them knowing.
