GBOver the years Over the years, my wife has bought no fewer than 6 pairs of teva sandals… ALL of them have come apart… the upper separates from lower … I have tried everything… glue, sewing,etc. Vulcanization technology has been around for ever. you folks cannot make a more reliable product? I told my wife to quit buying these substandard sandals… she’s learning… if they were really cheap. It would be different… but these sandals are expensive! Make a more reliable product or just quit altogether…so disappointed

GBExcellent...detat? Excellent. Nothing but the best service that cares about your needs. Female staff truly understands detat! If I was the owner I would give the gals a week to ✍ an apology letter to me for their unlawful acts, duties and insubordination or face federal prosecution. They would NEVER purposefully destroy a company for profit, would they? After all overpriced birkenstocks or cheap slave labor made sketchers wouldn't want to profit at all costs,would they?

NLTeva; quality in free fall After 11 days of using a pair of sandals the strap broke. I just used it for normal walking and going to my job. This model is considered the strongest and waterproof model btw. The strap wich hold your feet on the sandal was NOT made in one piece, inside the rubber sole it's cute, and glued together. This is not a coincidence, they make the sandals like this. So they don't last long, it destroys itself automatically after some time. My last trip in latin America I did with the same model, but there occurred another problem. The straps can NOT resist the head from the beach, and pulverize in a few weeks.

NZReturn pick up failure I ordered sandals online on May 5 23. I decided I didn't want them and followed the online instructions for returning them. I put package in my post box at the end of May to be picked up by the laughingly named Post Haste. It's still there! I've followed this up several times by email. Nominally it's the courier's fault, but the buck stops with Teva. They should have apologised directly to me and arranged pickup with a more conscientious courier. And it's Teva who are hanging on to my $120.

GBVery unprofessional VP Very poor customer service. I emailed the VP Anders Bergstrom several weeks ago and received no response. Their style #1003009 was a great boot. I have worn out 2 pair and style #1106832 replaced it. Horrible fit with a thin sole and no support like the discontinued boot. Why do you discontinue a great fitting boot and replace it with a substandard one?
