Fell apart in just TEN minutes! Purchased a VERY expensive pair of Teva shoes. Walked from hotel room (smooth tiles) to swimming pool. Less than TEN minutes the sole fell off! VERY badly manufactured. No response from customer service. Cheap local vendor shoes out lasted the entire hoilday including swmmming in the sea !!

MONEY SENT NO GOODS RECEIVED… I ordered 2 prs of TEVA TIRRA sandals for tevaoutletuk.com on 19th July- 10 weeks later NO SANDALS. Paid via paypal and money was sent. Have emailed customer service - stuck in customs awaiting paperwork says " Erica Peg" who says will chase???? I am hoping paypal can help me get my money back. Shambles outfit!

Return pick up failure I ordered sandals online on May 5 23. I decided I didn't want them and followed the online instructions for returning them. I put package in my post box at the end of May to be picked up by the laughingly named Post Haste. It's still there! I've followed this up several times by email. Nominally it's the courier's fault, but the buck stops with Teva. They should have apologised directly to me and arranged pickup with a more conscientious courier. And it's Teva who are hanging on to my $120.

25 years of Teva's, but no more. I have bought Teva's for 25 years. the last two pairs of Teva's fell apart within two weeks of wearing them. The second approved TEVA retailer [londonstore] are now ignoring my emails. It is clear that since TEVA were bought that short term profit is prioritised over long term brand satisfaction. No more TEVA's for me. I expect that i will get a response from TEVA trying to find a way to get this review taken down
