Not happy I received my order in the UK within a couple of weeks but the 'best before date' on the product is only four months away. TriSports say this is plenty of time to use the 24 bottles of HotShots I purchased. If I were training for a marathon I might agree but I use the product to prevent cramp during mountaineering expeditions and I expected longer than four months within which to use the drinks. Overall, not happy and won't be buying from TriSports again.☹️

Good prices, poor service Good on prices, but quite poor for customer service. I've left two messages and have received no return calls over the span of three weeks.

Rubbish company Useless / Rubbish. Bidder and Bought a item waited over a 2 weeks. Via eBay. Didn’t turn up. Wiggle says must of been lost they don’t have a tracking ref ?? and refunded me. I want the item not a refund . They say they don’t have another one so tuff. Useless company. Waste of time effort money. Never buy anything from them ever again. Seems to happen a lot looking at all the reviews. Scammers

Altho the TriSports website offers many … Altho the TriSports website offers many choices of bikes, my selection and subsequent purchase turned out to be unavailable. I was told via email I could either get a refund or upgrade to a higher level bike for $400 more. I went for the upgrade but was told in two separate phone calls that the new bike would arrive in either 1 week or 3 weeks, depending on the call. This is my first experience with TriSports and I hope things improve. It would be helpful if stock levels could be shown on the web site to avoid this kind of thing.

Will not replace faulty goods Ordered an item described as new on eBay (a returned unused item from Wiggle): didn't have the to fit it to my bike for two months and then found it was broken and useless. TriSport refused to provide a replacement or refund because it was more than 30 days since I bought the item. This is unfair and unprofessional - they supplied faulty goods and should replace it.
