GBWorst option for gear online We shopped here a lot in past years but as of late the store became complete trash. Prices are high, the site's flooded with their own brand garbage products, shipping is ridiculously slow, and customer service a complete joke. Another business down the drain, don't get ripped off like we've been and spare yourself the aggravation.

GBPoor experience I ordered a pair of trail runners to try for fit against another paid I’d ordered elsewhere. The return process was extremely difficult (I had to spend 30+ min chatting to get an address label generated) and then I had to pay for the return shipping. Will not be buying from them again.

GBWRONG SHIPMENTS, CUSTOMER SERVICE CLUELESS Ordered a hat yesterday, got an email with a picture of a completely different hat being sent, I call customer service and they describe to me the hat in the shipment and describe a 3rd totally different hat. Last time I ordered from them was a T Shirt, they sent me a bike part and then wanted me to pay to ship it back to them. They've totally lost their way, avoid them!

GBDamaged goods and missing parts. Purchased touring skins. Trimming tool missing and on further inspection damage to skin fibre was evident. so clearly an item that had already been returned and resold. Needed item for impending trip so had to suck it up but definitely cannot recommend this supplier.

CASTAY AWAY Utterly appalling company Utterly appalling company. Sent pair of heavily damaged and used for a season already boots as new. Zero interest in remedying situation or caring at the inconvenience caused. STAY AWAY Almost every part of the ski boots I ordered were nit just used (and caked with mud), but also heavily damaged. No-one from the company responded to my requests for contact, and posts to their social media with accompanying photos went ignored.
