Bike of the Ages I've had two electric bikes before this and though they were nice, they're nothing compared to the Stark Drive City. This bike is superb and quite luxurious. The mere design is breathtaking and the performance is second to none. I enjoy long drives with the marvellous bike and nothing beats having the wind blowing through your hair on a cool afternoon. The locking mechanism is very clever and saves me time from worrying if someone will tamper with my battery. I'd definitely recommend anyone to try this and if their as happy as I am just give me a thumbs up.

Very unprofessional Everything was going good until Stark drive and UPS delivered to my old address, where the bike was taken by someone. Stark drives "customer support" is a complete joke. I was in contact with them through several emails, in which I was respectful with each one. Long story short, after they basically told me I'm screwed, they stopped replying to me completely. Very, very unprofessional in my honest opinion. Update: It now seems they are trying to start a lawsuit against me for giving this review. 10/30/18 Update: It seems they have gotten new customer service, although it seems they are motivated by my bad review more than anything. I have finally recieved my bike. I haven't been on it yet but it looks nice. It did not come with instructions so I was left to figure it out myself. I'm writing this review before riding it because Stark drive is pushing me to change my review "since I have received my bike". I'm glad I now have my bike, but getting a bike with Stark drive seems like a gamble. You might be very happy with your experience, or you might have one like mine.

Solid bike - well built Solid bike, very well built. Got it yesterday after a long wait - relatively speaking - 7 months.. Took it for my commute today and satisfy so far. Ride well and maintain a good steady speed. As i got the Advanced version with all bells and whistles, i am still learning how the whole things reacts and mostly, what button does what... I went through FAQ and not really found any links on « Getting started » with this bike.... any suggestions? Also, how do we modify that max speed!?

had it for over a year had it for over a year. use it to commute to work (20miles roundtrip) Goods: 1) looks good 2) battery lasts for up to 40miles 3) decent price. although not a fan of hiding $200 shipment fee! Needs improvement: 1) Super heavy. doesnt feel like a bicycle. make it lighter roadbike like pls. 2) parts were finicky: i had to get replacement brakes, readjust paddle (came apart during ride!), and tighten the latch that folds the bike (came apart during ride!). Get the powerful motor because mine (350W 9amph) feels slow and heavy.

I’m sick and tired of tactics of Stark… I’m sick and tired of tactics of Stark drive to irritate negative reviewer by asking same questions over and over again through Trustpilot. I highly doubt that they are doing same for positive reviewers if indeed they are real legitimate reviewers. I provided order number, my name and email and not once received any query from them. What they are doing is to discredit my negative review and only allowing positive reviews. Now I truly believe they are very unethical. Hope they spend their energy to address problems for customer rather than paying attention to negative reviews. When you start caring your customer, negative reviews will fade away. Maybe it’s too easy to ignore common sense.
